Hi!

I’m Monica - a process improvement consultant with a background in supply chain, procurement, and operations roles.
Before I started consulting, I worked in global operations roles at companies like Dyson and Whirlpool, where I learned the power of clean processes, well-designed systems, and clear communication.

Today, I bring that same operational mindset to MSPs, Pro AV integrators, and Security companies that are tired of fighting their PSA tools and just want their businesses to run better.

Here’s what I believe: most technology companies aren’t struggling because their people aren’t capable or their tools are broken.

They’re struggling because their systems were never designed to support how the business really operates. The result is reactive work, inconsistent data, and teams forced to improvise around software that should be helping them.

My work is about changing that - through thoughtful setup, practical change management, and steady improvements that actually stick. Calm, predictable operations and progress you can feel.

When I’m not deep in workflows and reporting logic, you’ll probably find me skiing, biking, birding, or helping another ambitious business owner move out of reactive mode into something more sustainable.
