Who do you typically work with?

I work primarily with small to medium-sized MSPs, Pro AV, and Security companies using ConnectWise Manage/ ConnectWise PSA. Most clients are either new to modules like Procurement and Project Management or are ready to scale more effectively by cleaning up and standardizing their systems.

What kinds of consulting services do you offer?

I offer live, 1-on-1 consulting focused on Procurement, Project Management, and overall system optimization. You can book a structured course or ad-hoc sessions tailored to your team’s specific goals and challenges.

How does the process work?

We start with a discovery call to understand your needs. From there, we book weekly live sessions and give your team access to our resource library and support portal. The structure is flexible - we move at your team’s pace.

Is this just for new PSA users?

Not at all. Many clients have used their PSA for years but are ready to clean up their setup, onboard new team members, or get serious about job costing, billing clarity, and process consistency.

What results can I expect?
