I work primarily with small to medium-sized MSPs, Pro AV, and Security companies using ConnectWise Manage/ ConnectWise PSA. Most clients are either new to modules like Procurement and Project Management or are ready to scale more effectively by cleaning up and standardizing their systems.

I offer live, 1-on-1 ConnectWise consulting focused on Procurement, Project Management, and overall system optimization. You can book a structured course or ad-hoc sessions tailored to your team’s specific goals and challenges.

We start with a discovery call to understand your needs. From there, we book weekly live sessions and give your team access to our resource library and support portal. The structure is flexible — we move at your team’s pace.

Not at all. Many clients have used ConnectWise for years but are ready to clean up their setup, onboard new team members, or get serious about job costing, billing clarity, and process consistency.

Before launching my ConnectWise consulting practice, I worked for Fortune 500 companies (Whirlpool) and innovators (Dyson), in operations, procurement, and optimization roles. I’m certified in complex PSA and ERP platforms like SAP, and I hold both a business undergrad and a postgraduate degree in Supply Chain and Procurement.

It means I know how to build scalable, efficient systems that actually work - across finance, operations, procurement, and project delivery. I’ve translated all those best practices into real-world ConnectWise training that’s clear, structured, and immediately actionable.
