My marketer told me not to use the term “Run State” because, apparently, nobody knows what it means.
And honestly, that’s the whole point.

Most MSP, ProAV, and Security owners have never seen what it looks like when everyone and everything works the way they should -

calm, steady, and not in constant panic mode.

I’m stubbornly keeping the name because I believe we can move this industry from reactive chaos to proactive confidence. It’s my personal hope (crusade?) to show what “Run State” really feels like.
