Solving the Biggest Headaches in ConnectWise Project Management

💡 Fix: Make sure resources log time daily, and review the “Unbilled Time & Expenses” report weekly.
2. Lack of visibility into actual costs
💡 Fix: Start tracking MSP profitability in ConnectWise projects using the Project Overview and Budget tabs. Include both labor and product costs.
3. Change orders not documented
💡 Fix: Create new Opportunities for changes and label them clearly (e.g. Project CO-01), then link back to the existing project.
4. Work plan never updated
💡 Fix: Assign tasks by role and due date, then add the work plan to weekly check-ins.
